Italian-Style Pork Chops And Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
4 pork chops
8 oz. stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 medium green pepper, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. Stove Top stuffing (in canister)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet (medium-high).
Add chops; brown on both sides.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peppers and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes until chops are cooked through.
Remove chops from skillet.
