St. Patty'S Day Colcannon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
milk
butter
cabbage
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and boil up a bunch of potatoes until tender.
Mash with some milk and butter until they look good.
Slice some green cabbage thinly and fold into the steaming hot mashed potatoes. Let it set a bit to slightly cook the cabbage.
Salt and pepper to taste.
