Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. (1/2-inch) sliced zucchini, steamed 5 minutes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Drain zucchini.
Combine ingredients except dressing and butter or oleo.
Melt butter, add seasoning from dressing.
Add stuffing crumbs to margarine mixture.
Place 1/2 of stuffing mix in bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
Add zucchini mixture and top with remaining dressing.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 minutes, uncovered.
