Picadillo(Serve With Black Beans And Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped chuck
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 or 2 garlic cloves
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. stuffed olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and green pepper in 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Add tomato sauce and meat and mix well.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add raisins and olives last.
    Serve with black beans and rice.
