Skewered Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes and water in covered casserole dish on High for 12 minutes (stir at 8 minutes). Drain potatoes. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Drain potatoes and reserve juice.
    Skewer and grill for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating and basting with reserved juice.
