Bed And Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (we use turkey)
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
    1 c. milk
    6 slices bread (white or whole wheat)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease (Pam is good) a 7 x 11-inch pan. Brown and drain sausage well.
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
    Layer bread, cheese and sausage twice.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage layers.
    Bake covered for 35 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue baking for 15 more minutes until firm.
    Serves 4 to 6.
