Beef Enchiladas With Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled tomatoes
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. bell peppers, chopped fine
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1/4 c. cilantro, chopped fine
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
