Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. hot or boiling water
5 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix egg yolks and lemon juice together.
Cook sugar and hot water together until it becomes clear and add to the other ingredients.
