Pag'S New England Boiled Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. corned beef brisket with seasoning packet
4 medium potatoes
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
1 head cabbage
Preparation

Put brisket in a 5-quart Dutch pan and cover with water.
Bring brisket to a boil; lower heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours on stove.
The last 20 minutes of cooking time for the brisket, add the vegetables that have been washed, peeled and cut up.
Place them in the pan and cook until desired doneness.
Serves 6 to 8.
