Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans and 2 small cans chicken broth
    1 pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 bag fresh spinach
    2 (13 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter; add broth and bring to a boil.
    Add tortellini and cook al dente.
    Add cheese, tomatoes and spinach to tortellini and chicken broth.
    Cook until spinach wilts, then add basil, salt and pepper.
    Serve immediately.
