Italian Love Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Duncan Hines marble cake
2 lb. (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cake mix.
In a bowl, blend until smooth the Ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Pour mixture on top of cake mix. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Blend together chocolate pudding and milk.
When thick, fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip.
Spread on cake after cake is very cold.
