Refrigerator Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkgs. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in sugar, salt, shortening, and egg.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Place in greased bowel, and cover with wet towel.
    Put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Shape into buns (small, medium, or large).
    Let rise 2 hours. Bake 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Can also make into dinner rolls. Shape and put in a 9x13 pan.
