Microwave Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz.) bars Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In medium microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate and butter. Microwave at High, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
    Add sugar, evaporated milk and salt.
    Blend well.
    Microwave at High, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with wire whisk after each minute or until mixture is smooth and hot.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Serve warm over ice cream or other desserts.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
