Southern Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. whole kernel corn
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1-1/2 c. half and half cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Beat the eggs well, combine with corn. Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper, then add to corn mixture. Stir in butter and cream, mixing well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake for about an hour, or until firm and golden brown. Great served with ham. Yield: 6 servings.
