Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together the buttermilk and oats.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Stir together both flours, soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
    Beat egg, sugar, oil and vanilla into oat mixture.
    Stir in flour mixture just until blended.
    Cook on griddle.
