Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    American cheese
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Chop onion.
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Mix ketchup and water; pour over beef.
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    Layer on beef and top with cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
