Beet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked beets
    1 small head cabbage
    1 c. grated horseradish
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Put the beets and cabbage through the food chopper and add other ingredients in the order given.
    Let stand at least 24 hours before using.
    This relish will keep well in a covered crock with a little salad oil poured over it.
