Bagels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. unsifted flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white and 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon salt and yeast.
    Heat 1 1/2 cups water and margarine to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0. Add to yeast mixture.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 1/2 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
