Anniversary Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease and flour bottom of a 10-inch tube pan. Cream the butter, shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Sift flour and salt into baking powder and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla, beating after each addition.
Pour in pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for
1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
