Zucchini-Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon, diced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon until done and drain on paper towel.
Get a skillet and put 1/2 inch of water in it.
Cook zucchini in water until it softens.
Stir in mushrooms, tomato, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir and sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
