Crab & Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 6-oz. pkg. wild rice (any flavor)
    1 can (7-1/2 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. pimiento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Russian dressing
    2 medium avocado
    Lettuce
Preparation
    Cook rice according to instructions.
    Cool.
    Add the dressing after all ingredients are added to container or bowl.
    Enjoy!
