Golden Mushroom Chicken Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken parts or 4 chicken breasts, skinned
2 c. golden mushroom soup
6 medium potatoes, cut up
4 carrots, cut up (may use canned carrots)
Preparation

Brown chicken in skillet with 2 teaspoons oil or spray pan with Pam at medium-high heat.
When browned, add carrots and soup. Turn to simmer and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook until soft, about 1/2 hour.
You can remove chicken and debone it at this time.
Add deboned chicken to skillet 15 minutes before end of cooking time.
Stir occasionally to prevent vegetables from sticking.
If chicken dish becomes dry, add 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until finished.
