Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Whip the potatoes until light. Add wine, salt, sugar, beaten eggs and butter.
    Mix well. Turn into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with nut meats. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
