Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. steak, cut in pieces
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 can tomato soup
    butter
    salt
Preparation
    Fry steak. Put in casserole dish. Add onion and peppers; drizzle butter and sprinkle salt. Add soup and cover with water. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for another 20 minutes.
