Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. whole kernel corn
salt and pepper
2 well beaten eggs
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Add flour.
Blend well.
Add milk slowly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add corn and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add eggs.
Mix thoroughly. Turn into greased baking dish (1 1/2-quart size).
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
