Green Chile Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped or strips
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated or shredded (or white brick cheese)
Preparation
    Grease a casserole.
    Stir sour cream into rice.
    Alternate layers of rice, green chilies and cheese, ending with a layer of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
