Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; brown chicken parts about 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 cup water into skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer partially covered 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once during cooking. Transfer meat to serving platter; keep warm.
