Oriental Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    2 cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except bacon in a large salad bowl.
    Mix in bacon just before serving so that it stays crispy; top with dressing.
