Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pork steaks, cubed
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    rice
Preparation
    Rub a small amount of fat from meat over bottom of frypan. Add meat and brown well on stove.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over the meat.
    Cover; reduce heat to simmer and cook 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Stir occasionally during cooking.
    Serve over rice.
