Coney Island Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
4 tsp. butter or oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1 c. ketchup
2 small chopped onions
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Form cakes and brown.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Place cakes in sauce and steam for 2 hours.
Makes 8 medium cakes.
Very tasty and can be made ahead.
