Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) can hominy
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    paprika
    soft bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add soup and milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add cheese and seasonings.
    Fold in hominy.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole that has been greased well.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
