Kale Ann - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. ground lamb
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
    1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
    1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. each: oregano, basil and parsley
Preparation
    In a large frypan, add butter and onions.
    Cook until translucent.
    Add lamb and fry until done.
    Add tomato paste and sauce, oregano, basil, parsley and the cinnamon.
    Stir together and simmer.
    Mix the spinach and cottage cheese together.
    In a good size casserole, put the tomato-lamb mixture on the bottom; put half of the Mozzarella on top.
    Layer spinach-cheese mixture on top, then the rest of the Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
    Serve with spinach noodles and garlic bread.
