Banana Split Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
3 c. graham crackers
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks oleo, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 bananas
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 large tub Cool Whip
chocolate chips
chopped walnuts
chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and melted oleo.
Pat into bottom of 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch pan.
Refrigerate.
Mix at medium speed until creamy sugar, eggs, vanilla and oleo.
Spread over crust.
Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Top with bananas, sliced lengthwise, then crushed pineapple.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle walnuts, cherries and chocolate chips.
Cool 4 hours or overnight.
