Summer Squash With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender in small amount of water.
    Drain. Make a white sauce using melted butter, flour, salt and milk.
    Add squash to sauce.
    Arrange in a greased casserole alternating layers of squash with thin layers of cheese.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
