Chocolate Velvet Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in pot.
Stir in boiling water until blended.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickens. Add chocolate squares and butter until melted.
Remove from heat and add butter.
When cooled, it will frost a two-tier cake.
