Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium potatoes
    egg white
    Parmesan cheese
    oregano
Preparation
    Cut medium potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
    Place in baking dish.
    Brush with beaten egg white.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 1 to 100 per serving.
