Lo-Cal Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boned chicken that was cooked in orange juice
    1/2 c. pea pods
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 small can chopped water chestnuts
    1/2 c. orange juice (may add more to moisten)
    sprinkle of tarragon
    sprinkle of red pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Chill.
    Great to serve for lunch on hot summer days!
