Hot Chicken Salad Or Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled, boned and cut up
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    generous lemon juice
    1 can mushroom soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except eggs together well.
    In a casserole dish, put a layer of chicken mix and then a layer of eggs. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
    Top with 2 cups finely crushed potato chips.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Almonds may be used as topping instead of potato chips.
