Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can refrigerator biscuits
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat until crumbly and drain off grease.
    Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
    Grease a muffin pan with shortening and press each biscuit into a cup in the muffin pan. Spoon the meat mixture into each cup and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and bake 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
