Egg Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 bread slices
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 to 12 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Cube bread; put bread in 9 x 13-inch pan and place sausage and cheese on top.
    Mix eggs and half and half.
    Pour over top.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
