French Toast Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 loaf French bread or 1 (8 oz.) baguette
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut bread in half horizontally.
    From cut side, cut in 1-inch slices, almost to crust but not through.
    Place both halves, cut side up in ungreased 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Beat eggs.
    Add orange juice, peel, milk and margarine.
    Spoon over cut surfaces of bread.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Using a pancake turner, carefully turn basted bread so cut side is down.
    Mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
    Sprinkle over coated bread.
    Cover and refrigerate.
