Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 squash
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut squash and remove seeds.
    Make a paste of butter, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Spread in cavity.
    Put squash back together.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
