Leftover Cracked Conch Cutlet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 conch cutlets, cubed
    Mahatma yellow rice, cooked/cold
    1 large red onion, chopped
    1 large red pepper and/or 1 green pepper
    1 small can (2 1/4 oz.) black olives, sliced
    olive oil, to taste
    balsamic vinegar, to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and serve cold.
