Layered Grinder Sandwich Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 jar roasted peppers
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    7 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 lb. ham, thin sliced
    3/4 lb. salami, thin sliced Genoa or hard
    3/4 lb. Provolone cheese, thin sliced
Preparation
    Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan (margarine or butter).
    Roll out 1 package crescent rolls into rectangle.
    Spread out in pan.
    Begin layering ham, salami, Provolone cheese and 1/2 the peppers.
    Beat eggs and grated cheese together.
    Pour less than 1/2 egg mixture over pan.
    Layer again and pour most of remaining mixture over top. Save a little to moisten top.
