Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk (or more)
powdered sugar

Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt, soda, sugar and baking powder. Mix egg and milk together. Add to dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
