German Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Preparation

Mix brown sugar with sifted dry ingredients.
Cut in butter. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture to sprinkle over cake.
To remainder, add beaten egg with sour milk or buttermilk.
Pour into small pan and sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
