Barbecue Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. venison roast
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    2 onions, sliced
    2 c. barbecue sauce
    3 cloves garlic
    3 bay leaves
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim meat; mix beer, onions, garlic, bay leaves, salt, pepper and 1 cup barbecue sauce.
    Pour over meat (sauce should cover meat).
    Marinate in refrigerator 12 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
    Remove meat and onions from marinade and place in crock-pot.
    Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over top; cover and cook on low 7 to 10 hours.
