No Knead Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. shortening
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure the warm water, yeast and sugar into a bowl and let dissolve.
    Stir in the salt, eggs, shortening and flour.
    Mix until smooth and scrape sides of bowl. Cover and let rise 2 hours. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and roll into 12 x 8-inch pieces.
