Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and shortening.
    In small bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
    Add the warm water to the yeast, then add the milk, eggs and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and work until the liquids are absorbed and the dough is no longer tacky.
    Place in a greased bowl and slightly grease top of dough.
    Let rise in warm place at least 1 hour. Punch down and at once, make into cinnamon rolls by rolling out dough.
    Brush with oleo and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
    Roll and slice in greased pan.
    Let rise 35 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
