Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. whole or sliced pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla, melted butter and pecans.
Mix together well and put in uncooked pastry shell.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Check pie after 50 minutes.
If crust is getting too brown, cover with foil. Pecans rise to the top of the pie to form a crust on the top.
